Where did you attend medical school?
Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine

How long have you been in Arizona?
I was born and raised in Phoenix. I was actually born at John C. Lincoln Hospital.

What do you enjoy the most about your field of medicine?
I enjoy taking care of people over a long period of time, getting to know them through their life.

Can you tell us a little about your family?
I am married with three children – two girls, aged one-year and four-years old. I also have a 24-year old adopted son.

Do you own any pets?
We have dogs and cats and we’ve started a new hobby – a salt water aquarium.

Do you have any hobbies?
I like golfing and fishing. I used to know sign language but not so much anymore. I suppose I might still be able to eavesdrop on a conversation, but not much beyond that.

Professionally, I am a Certified Proctor for DaVinci Robotic Surgery, and a preceptor for both Midwestern University and A.T. Still University.

What is your favorite movie?
I have two favorite films – “Stand By Me” and “Alien.” It all depends on my mood.

What is your favorite book?
I don’t have one favorite book, but I love reading books about sharks and snakes. I’m going to be swimming with great white sharks in the spring. And yes, there will be a cage.
