Candice Candelaria, MS, RD, is a food and nutrition expert who translates the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthier living. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, Candice has extensive training in metabolism management, medical nutrition therapy and integrative/functional medicine. She has been in clinical practice for more than seven years, holding positions at the University of Arizona Integrative Health Center, Southwest Human Development (Arizona’s largest nonprofit early childhood development organization), Phoenix Children’s Hospital and her own private practice.

- Manage the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
- Avoid the use of medications when prediabetes or elevated cholesterol are present.
- Improve their overall health at any stage of life.
